The 30-Day Ritual Guarantee
Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: To maintain our Ecocert and Health Canada safety standards, returned products must be unopened and in original, resellable condition.
Pre-Approval: All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized by Heather or Blair. Please note we cannot accept COD returns.
Shipping & Restocking: To keep our small-batch prices fair, customers are responsible for return shipping. If you prefer us to handle the logistics, a 25% restocking fee will apply to the refund.
Processing: Once your return is received and approved, please allow 15 days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
