• Customer is responsible for redeeming points and applying reward codes.
• Reward codes must be applied when your order is placed online.
• Only 1 reward code can be applied per order
• Reward codes expire 6 months after issue.
• Points are automatically added to your account after your online order is placed.
• Points are automatically credited if your order is cancelled or refunded.
• Points are not transferable and expire 365 days from the date of issue.
• Once redeemed, reward points cannot be reversed back into points or exchanged for other rewards.
• VIP membership level is based on points accumulated within 1 calendar year..
